Delivery Policy

As per our UK Standard Delivery Guidelines, we aim to deliver your goods within 5 working days. Please be aware that not all items are stock items, which may result in a slightly longer lead time. Our standard delivery service covers mainland UK from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Deliveries to outlying areas may take longer due to location constraints.

All orders are handled by our trusted couriers, UPS/UK Mail, with a delivery window between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Once the goods are in transit, you will receive tracking information, enabling you to monitor the progress of your order until it reaches your destination. Delivery charges are based on the weight and volume of the products purchased and include VAT.

Most products are dispatched directly from our warehouse. However, for some items shipped directly from our suppliers, the same delivery policy and tracking system apply, ensuring consistency across all deliveries.

If no one is available to accept the delivery at the designated address, the courier will leave a calling card with contact information. A second delivery attempt will be made the following day. Should this also be unsuccessful, your goods will be held at the nearest depot, as outlined in the note provided by the courier.

Please note that we reserve the right to amend or alter the delivery times in exceptional circumstances. All delivery times are quoted based on stock availability and the delivery location.
