Its use of a lithium-ion battery ensures longevity and usability out in the field, whereas its IR (Infrared) technology makes sure it is equipped to monitor flammable hydrocarbons and carbon dioxide.
Intrinsically safe by design, this model caters well to safety and detector fleet managers; the optional IR sensor is also resistant to interference or inhibition via other gases, which minimises inconsistencies in the data read.
