Furthermore, the detection process is straightforward. When exposed to ammonia, the tubes change colour from yellow to blue. Specifically, users need to perform 10 strokes and allow approximately 200 seconds for accurate measurement.

Importantly, these tubes work best within a temperature range of 4 to 30°C. However, users must first adjust the pH to 10.2-10.3 for optimal results. Consequently, this ensures reliable and consistent ammonia detection.
