Dräger n-Hexane 100/a Detection Tubes offer precise gas measurement in hazardous environments. These tubes measure n-Hexane from 100 to 3,000 ppm with 6 pump strokes in about 3 minutes. They change colour from orange to green-brown when detecting gases. The tubes work best at 15-35°C and 5-12 mg H2O/L humidity. They also detect other hydrocarbons but can’t differentiate between them. Each pack contains 10 tubes with a 2-year shelf life.
