Here at Rockall, we offer an extensive range of safety equipment available for short-term hire upon request. Designed to accommodate the need of short-term projects, our hire service can be utilised should you require the use of a product for longer than one week. Our simple hiring process enables you to have full use of your required equipment quickly and easily, ensuring that your project isn’t delayed by long lead times.
The first stage in our hiring process is to contact your account manager to discuss requirements. Our account managers offer specialist knowledge that can assist you in deciding exactly what equipment you require, and they can offer you comprehensive information regarding time scales and costs. Your account manager will provide you with a full breakdown of all information before passing your requirements across to the accounts department which will process your payment.
One your order has been confirmed, our team will then gather together all of the necessary components and paperwork for your specific requirements, before either arranging the delivery or arranging a time that you are able to pick it up from our site. We offer full flexibility with regards to whether your hire equipment is delivered/collected via courier or whether you wish to collect it from and drop it back at our site yourself.
As standard, our minimum hire term is one week. The hiring costs are calculated based on a weekly charge, with a daily charge available once the first week has passed. This time scale will be discussed and confirmed with your account manager prior to receiving your equipment. We do charge for late return of a hire item, but we can easily extend your hire period should you require more time – simply speak with your account manager to arrange this ahead of your agreed-upon return date.
